My journey began 20 years ago  as a professional nanny, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds.

From there, I pursued additional certifications and training, including becoming a certified postnatal maternity nurse and a specialist baby and child swimming instructor. I also have experience in Montessori teaching  and as a learning support provider for special needs children.

Through my years of experience in the childcare industry, I became acutely aware of the impact that sleep can have on overall health and well-being, both for children and adults. I saw firsthand how sleep challenges could impact families, causing stress, exhaustion, and strain on relationships. This led me to become a transformational sleep coach.  I specialize in helping families and individuals achieve restful, restorative sleep through a holistic and personalized approach.

My work is grounded in the belief that sleep is not just a physical process but also deeply connected to our emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

For adults, I offer guidance on how to listen to their bodies when it comes to sleep and how to establish healthy sleep habits that support overall health and well-being duration.

I offer various services to help babies, toddlers, and children develop healthy sleep patterns and habits. From personalized sleep plans to gentle sleep training techniques, I am here to help parents create a peaceful and restful sleep environment for their little ones.
